Step 1

If you have vinegar use vinegar to mix baking soda if not mix cold water with baking soda. Make a paste!

Apply your baking soda paste on the sweat stain. Use a scrub brush or old toothbrush to scrub the baking soda mixture into the sweat stain.

Step 3

Let the baking soda mixture sit for an hour. Rinse with cold water under faucet. Repeat if sweat stain is not completely removed.

Step 4

Once the sweat stain is gone. Throw your garment in the wash machine.

Step 5

Set wash machine on cold water. Add laundry soap. Use cold water rinse.

Step 6

Dry garment either in the dryer or hang out and dry. You can use heat at this point.

Hydrogen Peroxide Method

If you do not have the baking soda and vinegar. You can use hydrogen peroxide to remove sweat stains. You can use the hydrogen peroxide you find in your medicine cabinet.
Step 1

Dampin the sweat stain with cold water. Pore hydrogen peroxide directly on the sweat stain it will fizz. When hydrogen peroxide stops fizzing rub in a back and forth motion with both hands. Repeat if stain is not completely removed.

Rinse with cold water.
