Our pores are a very important to our skin. Our pores secrete natural oils and they are responsible for perspiration. Unfortunately the oil attracts dust and dirt thus clogging the pores.
Our hand comes in contact with surfaces that are loaded with germs and bacteria. Sometimes if our pores are not cleaned out properly. The oil can't naturally lubricate the skin. Instead the oil gets trapped along with the dirt and germs in your pores.
You can remove the dirt and oil by making your own face peel. Face peels work great on blackheads.
You can make your own face peel with just two ingredients.
Milk (any kind of milk)
Wash face using antibacterial soap with warm water then towel dry.
Mix gelatin with the milk in a bowl. Make sure the mixture is thick and a little clumpy.
Microwave for 10 to 15 seconds.
Stir warm milk and gelatin.
Test the temperature before applying to your face. (If too hot keep stirring the mixture to cool it off)
Apply your warm mixture to your face or skin.
Allow to dry. The mixture will begin to harden and feel tight on your skin.
Gently peel your face mask off like shown in the photo.
Look at them nasty blackheads you just removed from your face.
Rinse face with warm water! (Do not use soap) Optional: use cotton ball and vinegar to dab on your skin. The vinegar any kind will condition your skin. Leaving your skin bacteria and germ free. (May sting a little)
